For this, Flavours' last post in 2010, I have chosen to take you to Lübeck again. I fell in love with this shop, so ere we are all fed up with Christmas decorations until the time comes again in 2011, here are a few snapshots I took whilst buying a present for my Mum!

In Germany it is customary to wish everyone 'einen guten Rutsch ins Neue Jahr', which means a 'a good slip into the New Year'. This is what I would like to wish you and yours. In true French tradition, I shall however wait until 2011 has come to express my wishes, lest I bring everyone bad luck. I will be away for a while so until then, enjoy the end of 2010 and the beginning of 2011!

A lovely series of shots, Ceil. This is obviously your kind of shop! Lois Anne would love it, too! So many beautiful things.

RépondreSupprimerI wish you a nice celebration of the new year!
A wonderful shop, I think. the bright and joyous colors make a dreay day seem happy.
RépondreSupprimerAlthough the sun is shining here and the sky is the bluest of blues but there is snow on the ground,
the dry crunchy kind not wet and sloppy. It's ok. MB
It does seem like your kind of place :) Thanks for all the bright colors and the greetings in several cultures. All the best to you!
