Hello! It's been a long time since I posted. Co-author Marinagrenadines hasn't been able to access her blogger account for God knows how long, so I thought I'd show you my latest work. Now this might not be to everyone's taste, but I am in love with it. The fabulous 'Dakota' fabric by Alexander Henry that I had ordered from Canada on
Etsy has become a cushion, complete with a fake leather fringe also ordered on Etsy and that arrived from the USA!

Meantime, after a wonderfully sunny week, we are back to drab and dreary so I decided it was time to add some colour at home!

Here's another little cushion I made from the
fabrics I had bought in Pendleton to which I added the cream tiny horseshoe fabric bought in France.

And this is the back!

Wishing you all a wonderful Sunday and new week (I'm not working tomorrow, yay!)
Hi there!
RépondreSupprimerYou are very creative!
Sleeping on that Dakota cushion will give you many wild dreams;)
Have a great week

Love them both Ciel. You can ride across the prairies in your dreams.
RépondreSupprimerOf course the Tulips are great too.
I like the material. MB
I love your works! Fun to make "theme" cushions. Have a nice day off tomorrow!
RépondreSupprimerNice stuff. "The noble savage," as they used to say.
RépondreSupprimerSuch a creative person you are. I like both equally, but for different reasons. You really captured a certain Native American look in that first one.
RépondreSupprimerLove the flowers, too. So bright and cheerful. Hope the rising sun brings you a day full of happiness and light!
How fun I am discovering your blog!
RépondreSupprimerNo more time for this kind of things right now but I have so many ideas in my head.
It looks like you are having a wonderful time creating. I love that first cushion too. Any French lady that comes home with cowgirl boots... well i can see why you chose that fabric!
RépondreSupprimerJe ne pourrais pas les mettre chez moi, mais n'empêche j'aime bien le style! et je suis impressionnée par ta productivité!Bonne prolongation de week-end!
RépondreSupprimerThese cushions are adorable!
RépondreSupprimerOh sweet Ciel, I hope you have a beautiful day with sunshine today!
